What is Renta Easy?
Renta Easy is a rental and equipment management application developed by the rental chain Renta. The application can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. It also works on a browser at the address: www.rentaeasy.fi.
How can I register?
On the application’s homepage, there is a “Create account” button that allows you to create an account. Each user creates “individual” credentials, after which you can apply for “business user” credentials. Business credentials are distributed by the company’s main user or Renta Admin.
Where can I get the app and how much does it cost?
The application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the App Store, and it is also accessible on the most common web browsers. Using Renta Easy is 100% free!
Who can use Renta Easy?
Both business and private customers can use the application. Different levels of user rights can be defined for business customers as needed. Each user initially registers as a private customer and then applies for company identification.
Who developed Renta Easy?
Renta Easy is developed by Renta’s in-house DigiOffice team, which consists of Renta´s personnel and external experts. Renta Easy is a comprehensive solution specifically designed for equipment rental, and its development is managed internally by Renta. This ensures that making changes and updates is a straightforward process.
How does an order placed in Renta Easy proceed in practice?
Renta Easy sends an email to multiple individuals at the office and simultaneously records the order in Renta’s ERP system. Renta´s staff processes the order. The customer receives real-time updates on how the order is being handled and at which processing stages it is.
Does Renta Easy have a payment feature?
For businesses, electronic invoicing (online invoice) is recommended. For private customers, invoices can be sent via email. Currently, it is not possible to pay with a card through Renta Easy.
