What is Renta Easy?

A machine rental and management app developed by the rental service Renta. The app is available for download from AppStoresta and Google Play store. A browser-based version is available at www.rentaeasy.fi

How can I register?

The front page of the app has a ‘create an account’ button. First you will need to create a username and password for a private user, after which you can request access rights for a company user. Company user rights are granted by the company’s or Renta’s administrator.

Where can I get the app and how much does it cost?

The app is available for download from the App Store and the Google Play store, and it is compatible with all the most commonly used browsers. Renta Easy is totally free to use!

Who can use Renta Easy?

Both private and corporate users. For company users, varying levels of access rights can be defined. All users must first register as private users, after which they can apply for a company username.

Who developed Renta Easy?

The app was developed by Renta’s DigiOffice team, which consists of external experts in addition to Renta’s employees. Renta Easy is specifically designed for machine rental purposes and is managed by Renta. This makes updates and changes easy to implement.

What is the rental process like with Renta easy?

Tomi Uuniemi, administrator: ‘Renta Easy sends an email to several people at the service point and records the order in Renta’s ERP system. Renta’s personnel then process the order. The customer is notified in real time of the receipt of the order and the processing stage it is at.’

Does Renta Easy include a payment function?

E-invoices are recommended for companies. For private users, invoices can be sent by email. Currently, card payments via Renta Easy are not possible.
