Yes. It is possible and advisable to reserve machines. By reserving, you ensure the machine is available when you need it. This is because we can anticipate demand and transfer equipment within our depot network if necessary.

Equipment issuance and return is only possible when our depots are open, i.e., MON-FRI from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

However, you can make rentals anytime around the clock with the Renta Easy app. Once the depot opens, the branch confirms the order and delivers the service or machine as per the order.

Yes, you can, provided that you agree with the depot on returning to a different point at the time of rental.

When a rental agreement is made, and the machine is handed over to the customer, the machine is the customer’s responsibility.
If your machine is stolen, we recommend immediately contacting the police authorities to file a crime report. Also, inform the depot about the incident as soon as possible.

No need to return them charged. We charge and service the machine after return.

Fuels are not included in the rental. The machine is rented operational, i.e., with a full tank. The machine must also be returned with a full tank. If we have to refuel the machine, we will charge for the refueling separately.
